Paris Spring 2010

The runway shows from the Paris Spring 2010 collections were full of surprises and as expected, beautiful clothes. Some of these included Alexander McQueen’s short dresses, with digitally printed reptile patterns and shoes that were simply amazing; while Valentino’s short party dresses in soft tones like pale yellow, rose, gold and nudes made from very sheer fabrics such as tulle, organza, chifon and lace. They were very different from the house’s tradition. Chanel’s show took place on a huge barn inside the Grand Palais, with a flirty country look.

I would wear Valentino’s Black and White Iris dress. Mr McQueen’s pallet is just to arty to be practical. But it is such a statement as a work of art.

Wow, fashion is always a reflection of what is happening in the current world! I really feel all these designer collections are expressing the state of chaos & in our fight for freedom were experiencing.. I Love the Fro’s on the Louis Vuitton models… so dope
