A Glimpse at Pre-Fall 2009 Collection

These are some looks from the Pre-Fall 2009 collection. This was the first Pre-Fall for Doo.Ri, which were mostly dresses and used mainly black, white, gray and pale blues. Zac Posen’s collection was inspired by the forties, (his signature look). Narciso Rodriguez flows with references from Spring ‘09 with a peek of Fall ‘09; showing more of a classic look with cocktail dresses and classic two piece suits. From Burberry Prorsum I can only say that I simply love every single look.

The Zac Posen looks might be my fave for pre-fall 2009. So elegant!

I absolutely believe Pre-fall and Resort collections are the most commercial lines from every house… In my own opinion, Zac Posen has been leaving his creativity and that special twist he had in the past… This is a very nice collection but doesn’t really make me think about the 40’s or a fusion of our modern times…

Love the Burberry Prorsom pre-fall stuff. Rachel Roy’s was surprisingly great too.
